Infrastructure rooted in the field, built for institutions.

Nano is developed and published by Valier Holding, a French company based in Toulouse.

The business need before the technology

The team designing Nano works in insurance brokerage. It understands the gap between an available service and one that is actually used, the cost of a missed deadline and the importance of a well-maintained working asset. The first products come from there: tracking a vehicle and forgetting nothing dated.

Nano notably addresses markets where access to smartphones and assistants is growing faster than access to specialised software. The goal is not to add another interface, but to make a service usable through the one already there.

Discipline suited to institutional trust

  • We only write what exists. On our sites as in our documents: what is not done is stated as such.
  • A rule without an automated check does not exist. Every important rule is held by a test we have seen fail.
  • We design for the largest target, and build only what is needed today.
  • The assistant remains replaceable. Data, rights and rules do not depend on the conversational interface provider.
  • Deployment starts with evidence of use. A pilot must make it possible to adapt, extend or stop the programme.
